RELEASE OF YEAR 44 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS | CDBG, HOME, ESG

Dear Community Partner,
 
The city of Syracuse, Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) has released the Community Development Block Grant, Community Based Development Organization Certification, Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program and Community Housing Development Organization Certification and Operating funding applications on our website. 
 
The funding cycle for these applications will be May 1, 2018 – April 30, 2019 (“Program Year 44”).

Applications are due via electronic submission by 2PM on October 26, 2017 by 2PM.
 
NBD will offer a technical training workshop for Year 44 applicants on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 4PM in the City Hall Commons Atrium, 201 E Washington Street.  One-on-one technical assistance will be available by appointment; please contact our offices at (315) 448-8100 to make an appointment or for more information.
